香港公司證件Hong Kong company annual return license
1，公司注冊(cè)證書CI——相當(dāng)于國(guó)內(nèi)公司的營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照，每年年報(bào)不會(huì)更新，只有注冊(cè)時(shí)候的一份，上面顯示公司編號(hào)、公司名稱和成立日期。
2，商業(yè)登記證BR——相當(dāng)于國(guó)內(nèi)公司的稅證，每年年審更新一份，上面顯示業(yè)務(wù)/法團(tuán)所用名稱，業(yè)務(wù)/分行名稱，地址，業(yè)務(wù)性質(zhì)，法律地址，生效日期，屆滿日期，登記證號(hào)碼，登記費(fèi)及征費(fèi)。
Main licenses of Hongkong company
1. Company Registration Certificate CI - equivalent to the business license of a domestic company, will not be renewed, only original when register, which shows the company number, company name and date of establishment.
2. Business Registration Certificate BR - equivalent to the tax certificate of a domestic company, renewed yearly, showing Name of business/Corporation, Business/branch name, Address, Nature of Business, Status, Date of Commencement, Date of Expiry, Certificate No., Fee and Levy.
